Advisory Services
Through Advisory Services and local Technical Assistance Panels, teams of ULI members volunteer their time and expertise to assess and make recommendations on an array of land use challenges—from neighborhood and downtown revitalization to economic development and disaster response.
ULI advisory services panels provide strategic advice to sponsors on land use and real estate development issues. Panels link developers, public agencies, and other sponsors to the knowledge and experience of ULI and its membership. Established in 1947, this fee-based program has completed over 500 panels, in 47 states, 12 countries, and 4 continents. Sponsors praise panels for their comprehensive, pragmatic approach to solving land use challenges.
Panels range from week-long Advisory Services Panels that bring national experts to address larger scale, complex issues, to 2-day Technical Assistance Panels using local expertise on more focused, specific questions.
