ULI Houston WLI Kickoff Event – Dinner & Dialogue with Sue Ansel

ULI Houston Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI) kicked off its 2016/2017 programming with a well-attended dinner and dialogue event, featuring Guest Speaker Sue Ansel, CEO of Gables Residential. ULI Houston Contributes to Walkability Report, Hosts Discussion on Walkability Development

The Houston-based branch of Urban Land Institute recently contributed to a report by the commercial real estate firm HFF regarding the importance of walkability in regards to commercial real estate. The report highlights how convenient access to public transportation and an improvement in Walk Score can affect key metrics for commercial real estate properties, including property values.
