Top Amenities for New-Home Shoppers

The national consulting firm headed by Suburban Marketplace keynote speaker, John Burns, released its list of the top 25 amenities new-home shoppers seek. The results were tallied by generation: Baby Boomers, born 1946-1964, Gen X, born 1965-1979, and Gen Y, also called “Millennials,” born 1980-2000.
