About The Ion:
Anchoring the 16-acre mixed-use innovation district, The Ion is a dynamic office building developed by Rice University. This transformational building offers 270,000 square feet of mixed-use space consisting of offices, coworking spaces, prototyping labs, classrooms, conference and event forums, restaurants and a public outdoor plaza.
