    From Jan 2023, Global Head of Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) at ING. From 2018-2022, Global Head of CRE Portfolio Management & Strategy. Managing a portfolio of 800k sqm offices across 40 countries in 170 locations and approximately 200k sqm in 600 retail branches. Prior to ING, I spent 5 years in New York, working for MetLife and JP Morgan Chase in their corporate real estate departments. Between 2006-2013, I worked as consultant with Buck Consultants International helping corporate clients, real estate investors/developers and governments specialized in real estate/investment strategies. Started as research manager for Dutch broker firm Dynamis 2003-2006.

    Elie Gamburg is a design principal at Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) based in London and New York, with over 20 years of experience designing innovative buildings, neighborhoods and campuses for cities around the world. His approach to design seeks to elevate human experience through powerful design moves that are both sensitive and striking.

    Associé, EY Services France

    Marc Lhermitte is a Senior Partner at EY Consulting, where he leads the EY’s “Competitiveness and Attractiveness” Global Sector of Excellence, as well as the International Location Advisory Services. He has managed strategy and transformation projects for national and local governments, professional organizations, real estate companies, multinational corporations, SMEs, and start-ups, focusing on international investment, strategic planning, real estate, innovation, and infrastructure. For several years, he has coordinated EY's attractiveness surveys in various countries and regions, analyzing international investments, complex location decisions, and public policies. He has also overseen studies related to real estate, sports, culture, and creative industries. He has served as a member of the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Steering Committee in France, actively participated in their Office & Mixed Use Product Council, and overseen the “Global Business Districts Attractiveness Report” in collaboration with ULI in 2017, 2020, and 2025. Marc serves on the governance boards of several professional organisations and was appointed Foreign Trade Advisor of France by decree of the Prime Minister.

    Lisette van Doorn

    Chief Executive Officer, Urban Land Institute - Europe

    As chief executive of ULI Europe, Lisette van Doorn is responsible for the development of the Institute’s activities across the region, including its renowned pan-European conferences and over 250 local meetings and events across 14 countries. She is responsible for working with ULI’s staff both locally and globally to deliver more high-profile content and reports; coordinating Advisory Services panels and Urban Plan; and expanding the Institute’s thought leadership across Europe. Van Doorn joined ULI in January 2015 from LIRE, her own consultancy business, which advises international institutional real estate investors and fund managers on strategy, organisational optimisation and portfolio structuring. Prior to this, van Doorn was country manager for CBRE Global Investors where she managed a €1.6bn portfolio of assets in Italy and fund manager of two shopping centre funds (€ 1.3 billion) with assets in Spain, Portugal, and Italy. Before joining CBRE Global Investors, van Doorn was founding chief executive for INREV, the European association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles for four and a half years. Van Doorn started her career at ING Investment Management, where she held account manager and assistant controller positions before being made managing director of research & strategy for ING Real Estate Investment Management Europe.

    Amy Price

    President, BentallGreenOak

    Amy Price is president of BGO. In her role, Amy oversees its U.S. and Canadian businesses, and works closely with the Capital Raising team. Amy is a member of the Global Executive Team, the Management Committee, and the US Investment Committees. Amy also leads BGO’s equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) initiatives globally. Prior to joining the firm in 2012, Amy was a managing director and head of real estate investing for the western U.S. at Morgan Stanley, where she was an Investment Committee member, and built the real estate investment management business in San Francisco. Amy also spent time in Morgan Stanley’s New York and Hong Kong offices. Amy is a former member of the Global Board of Directors of Urban Land Institute (ULI), and Chair of the Board of Directors of AFIRE. She is also involved in philanthropic endeavors, as a member of the Board of Directors of the YMCA of San Francisco, the National Charity League with her daughter, and Service Corp with her son. Amy holds an MBA with distinction from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and graduated magna cum laude from Colgate University.
