    Scott Arnoldy serves as the Founding and Managing Partner for Triten Real Estate Partners. He founded the company in 2012 to pursue flexible investment strategies that involve a high level of repositioning or play into broad secular real estate themes. The business has executed or owns over $900 million of projects across a wide array of product types including office, industrial, mixed-use, and multi-family. Additionally, Scott serves as a Director for his family’s businesses including ARNCO, International Alliance Group, and Triten Corporation. 
     
    A native Houstonian, Scott graduated from Episcopal High School, later attended TCU, and then started his career at Goldman Sachs in Dallas. After Goldman, he worked 6 years for Stockbridge in both San Francisco and Chicago. He moved to Houston full time in 2016 with his wife, Katie, and they now have two daughters, Annabel (3) and Libby (2). Both enjoy travelling and adventure, as well as contributing their time and efforts to charitable causes. Katie is on the board of directors for the Hermann Park Conservancy and has chaired the Kite Festival the last two years. Scott has served on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters since 2015 and helped them procure and build their new headquarters near downtown. Additionally, Scott is a member of YPO – Houston Chapter, and serves on its Executive Committee.

    Cyrus Bahrami
    President & CEO, Alliance Industrial and Managing Director, Alliance Residential
     
    Cyrus Bahrami is responsible for the oversight of Alliance Industrial's nationwide operations. With over 17 years experience investment, development, finance and capitals markets, he has developed an excess of $3.0 Billion in property. Bahrami's goal is to develop and invest in warehouse logistics and distribution properties in key markets across the U.S. The Houston based company aims to meet the growing demand for e-commerce space, and intends to leverage the company's relationships in the capital markets along with its national acquisition, development and construction capabilities.
     

    Cyrus also oversees development, investment and construction operations for the South Texas Division which includes the Houston, Austin, San Antonio, and College Station markets. He brings more than 14 years of real estate investment, development and finance experience and has developed over 5,000 units since joining Alliance. Prior to joining Alliance, Mr. Bahrami served as Vice President of Investments and Development for M-M Properties, where he participated in the acquisition, development, and asset management of multifamily and commercial-office properties in excess of $600MM. Mr. Bahrami also held previous positions with PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP and Equastone Real Estate Investment Advisors. Mr. Bahrami graduated summa cum laude from the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University, where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Science in Finance.

    Carolyn Wolff Dorros

    Carolyn Wolff Dorros joined Wolff Companies in 2006 and is currently Executive Vice President. She works on the oversight and management of the company’s financial asset portfolios as well as strategic planning, marketing and communications.
     
    Ms. Dorros graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College in 1997 and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she earned honors in her second year. She has served as President of the Harvard Business School Club of Houston and as Chair of her class’s 10-year reunion.
     
    Prior to joining Wolff Companies, Ms. Dorros was the Administrative Director of Neurosciences at Stanford Medical Center, where she also served as Director of Business Development. She also worked at Medsite, Inc., as a Product Manager and as APM/CSC Healthcare as a Research Associate.
    Ms. Dorros serves on the Boards of Texas Children’s Hospital, St. John’s School and the Buffalo Bayou Partnership, as well as the President’s Leadership Council of Houston Methodist Hospital.  She previously served on the Boards of New Hope Housing and Breakthrough Houston.  She is also on the Board of the Wolff Family Foundation.
    Ms. Dorros and her husband, Chris, have a daughter and a son.

    Andrew Warren, Andy, currently serves as the PwC’s Director of Real Estate Research. As the Director of Real Estate Research, and is responsible for monitoring all aspects of commercial and residential real estate, including space market fundamentals, capital market trends, regulatory changes and operational developments.

    For the past seven years, Andy has led PwC’s participation in the development and production of the Emerging Trends in Real Estate publication. Andy is a frequent speaker on issues affecting the real estate market and has also authored numerous articles for internal clients and national real estate publications. Andy also forecasts market performance for PwC’s “Real Estate Investor Survey”. Andy has over 30 years of experience in all aspect of commercial and residential real estate research. Andy has performed and managed real estate fundamental analysis and forecasting, portfolio construction, and buy/sell decisions for both debt and equity clients.
     
    Prior to assuming his current role, Andy served as the Managing Director of Real Estate Research for Principal Global Investors, a top 10 institutional real estate manager in the U.S.At Principal, Andy held a progressive level of analyst and management positions over his 25 year career and served as a voting and advisory member on a multiple real estate debt and equity investment funds. Andy has earned the CFA designation and is a Counselor of Real Estate. He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute Research Forum as well as a participating member of ICSC, NCREIF, NAIOP, the Appraisal Institute and the CCIM institute.
