Andrew Warren, Andy, currently serves as the PwC’s Director of Real Estate Research. As the Director of Real Estate Research, and is responsible for monitoring all aspects of commercial and residential real estate, including space market fundamentals, capital market trends, regulatory changes and operational developments.
For the past seven years, Andy has led PwC’s participation in the development and production of the Emerging Trends in Real Estate publication. Andy is a frequent speaker on issues affecting the real estate market and has also authored numerous articles for internal clients and national real estate publications. Andy also forecasts market performance for PwC’s “Real Estate Investor Survey”. Andy has over 30 years of experience in all aspect of commercial and residential real estate research. Andy has performed and managed real estate fundamental analysis and forecasting, portfolio construction, and buy/sell decisions for both debt and equity clients.
Prior to assuming his current role, Andy served as the Managing Director of Real Estate Research for Principal Global Investors, a top 10 institutional real estate manager in the U.S.At Principal, Andy held a progressive level of analyst and management positions over his 25 year career and served as a voting and advisory member on a multiple real estate debt and equity investment funds. Andy has earned the CFA designation and is a Counselor of Real Estate. He is also an active member of the Urban Land Institute Research Forum as well as a participating member of ICSC, NCREIF, NAIOP, the Appraisal Institute and the CCIM institute.

Kevin has overall responsibility for Transwestern’s Southwest operations, which includes Houston, Austin, San Antonio, New Orleans and Denver. In this role, he works with our real estate professionals to create multi-disciplined, strategic solutions to complex real estate problems for Transwestern clients. Kevin also serves on Transwestern’s Board of Directors and Executive Committee.
During his 35-year career with Transwestern, Kevin has been instrumental in the re-positioning and growth of the firm’s third-party service business in the Southwest. Under his direction, the Central Texas operation grew from 5 million to more than 16 million square feet.
Kevin began his Transwestern career as an office leasing agent in Houston, Texas which allows him to bring a unique perspective to his leadership role. He was instrumental in the success of the Houston high-rise office leasing efforts, completing numerous anchor transactions, including the city’s largest lease transaction in 1998 for Houston’s Metropolitan Transit Authority (METRO). Prior to joining Transwestern, Kevin worked for Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson.

Acho Azuike manages DC Partners’ real estate development and investment activities, including compliance with all EB-5 Program requirements. Mr. Azuike has over 12 years of experience in the real estate industry, with experience ranging from real estate finance to real estate development. He graduated from the University of Texas with a bachelor’s degreein economics, and received anMBA from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business.

As Lionstone’s Chief Investment Officer, Bryan Sanchez serves as chair of the Investment committee and oversees the Acquisitions, Research and Analytics, and Investment Risk teams. Mr. Sanchez and his team use advanced analytic capabilities to pinpoint long-term demand, constrained supply, and attractive pricing. He has spent his entire career managing investments in the Real Assets space, including real estate and energy assets. Prior to joining Lionstone Investments in 2005, he worked for Verde Realty, a real estate investment firm focused on the U.S.–Mexico border, as well as for a publicly-traded oil exploration company with operations in Latin America. Mr. Sanchez is a graduate of Georgetown University and received an MBA from Harvard Business School.

PNC Bank
Julie Young Sudduth joined PNC Bank in 2018 as executive vice president and regional president for Houston. She is responsible for the bank’s expansion into Houston and South Texas.
Sudduth was executive vice president for IBERIABANK (FHN) where she built and led the syndications division from 2009 through 2018. She managed the origination, structuring and distribution of all senior debt facilities arranged by IBERIABANK. She was also responsible for creating and managing the bank’s special operations division.
Previously she held various senior positions for Amegy Bank (ZION) in syndications, corporate banking, special assets and credit risk management. She began her career in 1997 in Amegy’s officer development program.
She serves as Vice Chair / Secretary of the Discovery Green Conservancy board, chair of the finance/audit committee and she is a member of the advancement committee. Sudduth is a member of the board of trustees for the Good Samaritan Foundation (GSF) and serves on the Foundation’s executive committee and the endowment committee. She is on the board of the Ronald McDonald House Houston and participates on the finance and strategic planning committees. She has previously served on the alumni board of St. John’s School and the board of Houston Methodist Hospital Young Leaders for Medicine.
Sudduth holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts (French), with distinction from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration from Rice University. Sudduth and her husband of 19 years have four children ages 8 through 14.
