    Justin Levine

    Since 2014, Mr. Levine has been with Levcor, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate operator based in Houston, Texas. As Levcor’s Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer, Mr. Levine's responsibilities with Levcor include development management, analyzing acquisition and disposition opportunities, coordinating financing for projects, creating pro formas, coordinating asset due diligence, investor relations, providing input on construction and leasing decisions, and strategic planning. Prior to Levcor, Mr. Levine spent five years (2006-2011) at The Blackstone Group in New York, NY. At Blackstone, Mr. Levine project managed 15 private equity advisory assignments, collaborating with and managing Blackstone  professionals, institutional investors, lawyers and accountants to help raise +$2 billion, identify strategic investment partners and enact M&A transactions for global real estate businesses. Mr. Levine also worked in the technology and media spaces in San Francisco and Los Angeles from 2012 to 2014. He holds an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business and Bachelor of Science in Economics and Communication Studies from Northwestern University. Mr. Levine is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), where he sits on the Urban Development and Mixed-Use Council (Platinum Flight) and has held several leadership roles within ULI Houston’s Management Committee. He also is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.

       Adam Hines
       Managing Director, Capital Markets
       Hines

    Adam Hines is currently Managing Director of the Hines Capital Markets Group, Americas. His primary responsibility is strategic capital raising in the Americas, along with developing and leading these initiatives. After joining the firm in 2017 in the London office, Hines helped form the European living team who supported the expansion of the company's residential efforts in the region. More recently he served on the Global Investment Strategy team based in London and Houston and supported product and business development in the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
     
    Before joining the firm, Hines worked for Dexus Property Group in Sydney, Australia in various roles including research, finance, asset management, and funds management. Hines graduated from Williams College with a BA in Economics. He received his MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management as well as a MS in Design Innovation from Northwestern University - the Segal Design Institute at the McCormick School of Engineering and Applied Science.
     

       John Fenoglio
       Executive Vice President
       CBRE

    John T. Fenoglio joined CBRE Capital Markets of Texas, LP as an executive vice president in the Houston Debt and Structured Finance group in March 2012. Prior to joining CBRE he was a senior vice president/office manager and member of the board of managers of Grandbridge Real Estate Capital LLC. Grandbridge acquired Live Oak Capital, Ltd., in December of 2008, where Mr. Fenoglio served as a principal and owner.

    Prior to forming Live Oak Capital in 2000, Mr. Fenoglio was the co-founder of Holliday Fenoglio in 1982 and continued as CEO of Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, until his retirement from the firm in June, 1998. Under his direction, Holliday Fenoglio Fowler became the largest commercial mortgage banking firm in the United States with 25 offices nationwide.

    Prior to forming Holliday Fenoglio, Mr. Fenoglio was a vice president and co-manager of the commercial real estate department of First Mortgage of Texas where he was responsible for the production of mortgage loans, joint ventures and investment sales and maintained client relations with 50 institutional investors.

    Prior to his association with First Mortgage, Mr. Fenoglio was an assistant vice president in the real estate investment and mortgage lending department of American General Insurance Company (now AIG).

    Mr. Fenoglio graduated in 1972 with an M.B.A. from Texas Christian University and received his B.A. in economics from the University of Texas at Austin in 1970. He is a licensed Texas real estate broker, a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, a board member of the University of Houston ‘s Bauer College of Business graduate real estate program, a former adjunct professor of finance at the University of Houston’s Bauer graduate school of business, has been a guest columnist for several trade journals, and has been a guest lecturer at Texas A&M University, Rice University and the University of Texas at Austin.


       Mandy Negrete
       Director, Real Estate
       McNair Interests

    Mandy Negrete is responsible for real estate development and project management at McNair Interests. She currently works through all phases of development focusing on design, capitalization, construction, and asset management.

    Prior to joining McNair Interests, Negrete spent 7 years in commercial real estate lending at Amegy Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation N.A. (NASDAQ: ZION). While at Amegy, Negrete originated, structured, and executed loans for the construction and acquisition of asset classes including multifamily, industrial, senior housing, hospitality, office, retail and self storage located throughout the South and West regions of the United States. In her last three years, she closed $594MM of loans while monitoring and maintaining the health of a $395MM portfolio. Negrete is experienced in financial analysis, underwriting, due diligence, structuring, contract negotiation, comp and valuation analysis.

    In addition to her responsibilities at McNair Interests, Negrete is a member of ULI and NAIOP Houston chapters. Negrete is a former CREW committee member, and previously served as President to Houston CREMM, a 501(c)6 non profit for women in real estate.

    Negrete earned a B.A. from Sam Houston State University in both Finance and Banking & Financial Institutions.
