Leah has specialized in the real estate industry throughout her career, leading audits for public real estate companies and lending institutions, real estate investment trusts, real estate investment funds, and various other real estate developers and managers. Leah is a certified public accountant in Texas and a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

    Susan is a senior managing director in the Houston office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. She joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition with more than 31 years of experience in commercial real estate. She is primarily responsible for originating debt and equity placement transactions throughout the southern United States across all property types. Over the course of her career, Susan has completed in excess of $11 billion in commercial real estate transactions.

    Ms. Denkler serves as a managing director for Hines southwest region industrial platform and is responsible for the sourcing, financing, project management, leasing, and disposition of industrial projects across Texas. Ms. Denkler has a successful track record in development, acquisitions and management of large scale, Class A business and logistics parks. Since joining Hines in 2014, Laura has contributed and played an integral role in the development of 26 million square feet of industrial space and over $2.0 billion of value across the southwest region of the United States. Prior to Hines, Laura worked as an investment banking analyst. She graduated from the University of Texas with a BA in Economics and received her MBA from the University of Texas.

    David Endelman acts as a consultant and transaction specialist focused on large-scale projects across the United States. His breadth of experience and strong educational foundation has helped him develop into a valuable strategic resource for Cushman & Wakefield. Based in Houston since 2011, David contributes a diverse skill set to each engagement, including creativity in formulating strategy, a deep understanding of financial and legal concepts, and vast national and international experience. David currently focuses his efforts as the head of real estate for KLG, an elite team within C&W advising Fortune 500 clients on their global workforce and location strategies. In this capacity David typically acts as the lead broker for headquarters or regional hubs, with an average transaction size of 200,000+ square feet. In addition to Houston, David is most active working on transactions in New York, Austin, Raleigh-Durham, and the Bay Area.

    Prior to joining C&W, David spent 18 years at Savills, including time in their New York and London offices.
