We are half-way through our program year, but there is still opportunity to make an impact on our region and the future of the real estate industry! If you’ve considered supporting ULI Houston, but were not ready to commit to the full year, we’ve created an opportunity to meet you where you are.
Our Half-Year Momentum Partnership allows you a trial commitment to ULI and still gives you meaningful recognition, engagement opportunities, and the chance to support our work. Many of our partners return year after year, helping shape our organization to be the premier real estate non-profit in our region. We’d love for you to start here.
New companies considering a partnership with ULI Houston may join us as a Momentum Partner for $2,000 and will receive the benefits outlined below. This offer does not apply to current partner companies.

- One ticket to the June 11 luncheon
- Momentum level recognition from the time of commitment through June 2026 (half of our program year) with our annual partners on website, newsletters and at luncheon
