Grayco’s innovative Venue at Museum District is one of the most proximate Class A multifamily developments to Downtown Houston that is directly served by METRO’s light rail system. About the Speaker:
Mr. Jeff Gray is the founder and president of Grayco Partners, LLC. Jeff has more than 20 years’ experience in the development of multifamily real estate, having developed more than 12,000 units as a principal with a current value in excess of $1.5 billion. Prior to founding Grayco, Jeff was a partner and executive vice president of The Finger Companies, where Jeff oversaw the company’s multifamily development and construction activities from 1993 until 2005.
Grayco Partners has developed notable Houston projects including Venue at Museum District, The Belle Meade at River Oaks, and Braeswood Place. Grayco’s largest development partner is Camden Property Trust, with which Grayco has created a $560 million investment partnership to develop high-quality multifamily assets across many diverse markets.
Jeff lives in Houston with his wife and two daughters. Jeff is a member of the ULI Multifamily Silver Council and the NMHC Board of Directors. Jeff is also a board member and head of the long range planning committee for The Fay School in Houston, Texas.
