The ULI Houston Development of Distinction Awards follow The Urban Land Institute’s tradition of honoring developments and green spaces that uphold the ULI mission. At ULI Houston, we seek to inspire land use that fuels the creation of a flourishing global city.

Since 2008, ULI Houston has highlighted best practices in real estate development.

Congratulations to our 2024 Development of Distinction Award Winners!

The Better Generation X PJ Tucker, Giorgetti, Texas Southern University Library Learning Center, Alief Neighborhood Center & Park, Memorial Park Land Bridge & Prairie, and Chrysalis Lake – Bridgeland are given top honors. Buffalo Bayou East took home top honors in the inaugural Moonshot Awards. Memorial Park Land Bridge & Prairie and Buffalo Bayou East took home the People’s Choice Award in their respective contests….
