The ULI Houston Development of Distinction Awards follow The Urban Land Institute’s tradition of honoring developments and green spaces that uphold the ULI mission. At ULI Houston, we seek to inspire land use that fuels the creation of a flourishing global city.
Since 2008, ULI Houston has highlighted best practices in real estate development.

Alexandria Center® for Advanced Technologies at the Woodlands, Cynthia Ann Parker Elementary, Dr. Shannon Walker Neighborhood Library, Norton Rose Fulbright Tower, The Coffee House at West End and Vogel Creek Greenway take home top honors. Dr. Shannon Walker Neighborhood Library was awarded the People’s Choice Award….
