Much discussion is happening around the future of downtown real estate across the country. Equally important are the neighborhoods surrounding our downtown. ULI Houston invites its members and guests to hear a great conversation from real estate development leaders about what is happening in neighborhoods around downtown Houston.

What is (or is not) changing? Has anything new in downtown impacted areas around downtown? What are the ongoing/new development opportunities and challenges in these neighborhoods?
