Workshop Description
As we emerge from a year that required incredible amounts of agility and energy, there is an opportunity to emerge in a new way. There is possibility in the permissions we can give ourselves to reassess and engage with our lives in a new and intentional manner.
In the Elevate
Workshop, you will discover tools to assist you in gaining clarity on
your priorities, releasing of guilt and self-criticism, and committing
to yourself to make your life work for YOU. This practice has the power
to drastically improve your effectiveness, happiness, self-confidence
and aliveness. You will discover how to design your life and your
environment in a way that empowers you to fulfill on what’s important to
you. It’s time to redefine what success looks like so that your actions
and commitments support the life you are creating. The Elevate Workshop
requires being deliberate, intentional and up to something that truly
lights you up!
About Dr. Watts
Dr. Kelley Watts
Psychologist & Resilience Coach
Psychologist & Resilience Coach
Dr. Kelley Watts understands that in order to successfully navigate
life, we must possess resilience - an ability to survive difficult
times with grace and recover with ease. In her clinical work as a
Psychologist, she supports individuals through this process in a
therapeutic setting with individual and family counseling. She received
her Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology at the University of Houston. Dr.
Watts offers counseling and resilience coaching services in person and
online. She is also a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, offering
workshops on building trust and courageous relationships. Dr. Watts sees
people through a kind and strength-based lens and is passionate about
facilitating positive changes in an effective and efficient manner. Her
goal is to teach her clients that their struggles cannot define them and
that the act of bouncing back from life’s challenges is based on skills
that can be learned by everyone.
Resilience is critical to overcoming personal challenges, but it’s also key to building strong teams and finding success in the workplace. Through writings, speaking engagements, workshops, coaching, consulting and trainings, Dr. Watts helps people develop confidence and learn to thrive in the face of life’s challenges. In the corporate arena, she artfully navigates the path that bridges empathy and compassion with giving people the tools to have hard conversations that enable teams to succeed.
