    Justin Boyar serves as Director of Market Analytics for CoStar Group’s Houston office.
    In this role, he analyzes regional and national economic and real estate trends, and participates in the company’s global product development initiatives. Mr. Boyar’s career spans more than 12 years in a variety of U.S. and international roles—including market research and analytics, consulting, capital markets, development, tenant representation and corporate solutions. He holds a Masters in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management, MBA in Real Estate Management and Finance from the University of Houston and a BA in Philosophy from Tulane University.

    Scott Arnoldy founded Triten Real Estate Partners in 2012 to pursue flexible investment strategies that involve a high level of repositioning, or play into broad secular real estate themes. As Founding Partner, Scott drives the strategic goals of the company with a focus on investment thesis identification as well as execution oversight. Since its founding, TREP has acquired, developed or has under construction over $600 million of properties across a variety of product types.

    Prior to Triten, Scott worked for Goldman Sachs (REPIA) in Dallas before joining Stockbridge where he later led the firm’s Investment initiatives for Texas and Colorado. Scott graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelors in Finance & Entrepreneurship and a minor in Accounting.

    Nipul Patel is an executive vice president and senior credit officer for Wells Fargo Bank. Nipul joined Wells Fargo in 1995, and throughout the years, he has held leadership positions in Real Estate, Capital Markets, and the distressed debt group.
     
    Nipul earned his B.B.A degree in finance from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. Nipul currently serves on the board of Houston Habitat for Humanity.  He and his wife, Neha, live in Houston with their three children.

    Managing Director, Asia-Pacific
    Hines
     
    Ms. Thielke is responsible for acquisitions, development, and new business generation in Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific Region. Prior to her Asia Pacific role, she served as Chief Operating Officer of Investment Management for Hines, overseeing new product development and fund operations for the firm’s 39 investment vehicles, totaling $20B AUM.

    Thielke graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford University in Urban Planning and holds a Masters in Construction Management from Stanford University. She earned her Eng. from Stanford’s Civil Engineering Ph.D Department with a research focus on seismic data science and adaptive reuse for historic structures.

    Thielke serves on the Board of Directors of Zillow Group (NASDAQ: Z), the world’s largest online real estate marketplace. She is also a member of Stanford University’s adjunct faculty, teaching on the intersection of technology, urban planning, and institutional real estate investment.
