Mr. Azuike is the Chief Operating Officer & Managing Director at DC Partners where he oversees all development, acquisition, and management activity. He joined DC Partners in 2009 and has helped lead product type and market area expansion by spearheading its first multifamily and hotel development in San Antonio, TX and a 6-acre mixed-use development in Houston, TX. With over 16 years of experience in the real estate industry, Azuike also leads investment activities including compliance with all EB-5 Program requirements and fundraising. He graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in economics and received an MBA from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business. Mr. Azuike currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at University of Houston’s Bauer Graduate School of Business where he teaches real estate development.
Stan Levy serves as Chief Operating Officer of Morgan. Stan’s responsibilities include arranging debt and equity financing, managing the property disposition process, and asset management oversight for all of Morgan’s assets. Stan serves on the firm’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee. Stan has closed over $3.0 billion of transactions for Morgan.
Stan was one of the founding executive officers of Cadence Bancorporation, where he was integrally involved in a startup that raised $1.0 billion in equity and subsequently acquired several banks and has grown to $18 billion in assets across a six-state region. Stan began his career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he worked for 15 years and served as Managing Director of Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking for the Southern Region.
Stan graduated with honors from The University of Texas with a BBA in Finance. Stan serves as a director of the Holocaust Museum Houston Foundation and previously served as a director of Hines Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc., advisory director of Cadence Bancorp LLC, and as an Executive Committee board member for The Emery/Weiner School. Stan is a past President of the Board of The Shlenker School in Houston. He is an active member of the National Multi-Housing Council.
Clara joined Hines in 2023. Prior to joining Hines, Clara spent seven years with Wells Fargo’s Commercial Real Estate group and covered the Hines relationship for four of those years. During her time at Wells Fargo, she helped originate and manage a portfolio of loans covering all major asset classes (office, multifamily, industrial, and retail) and debt strategies (construction, term, bridge, and credit facilities). In her last three years at Wells Fargo, Clara helped close over $1Bn of new loan originations while monitoring and maintaining the health of a $1.7Bn loan portfolio.
In addition to her responsibilities at Hines, Clara is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Houston and serves on the ULI Houston Capital Markets Committee.
Clara has a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Enterprise Management from Wake Forest University.
