A longtime ULI leader, Tramonte Design Studio’s Owner & Managing Principal to serve as Houston District Council Chair for the real estate development and land use non-profit organization.
The Houston District Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) has appointed Jason Tramonte Jr. AIA as the incoming Houston District Council Chair. Tramonte will serve a two-year term as the chair for ULI’s local district council, succeeding Justin Levine, Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer for LEVCOR.
Tramonte has been a dedicated ULI member for over 20 years, serving in leadership positions in almost every aspect of the local council, including serving on the management committee for eight years. Additionally, he served on the planning committee for the 2015 ULI – Houston Spring Meeting, as a Co-District Council Chair, and Chair of the ULI Houston Advisory Board. Tramonte also helped launch the now annual Sporting Clays Tournament supporting graduate real estate students.
“There are few roles Jason has not held in ULI Houston and so we couldn’t hope for a better incoming chair.” said current ULI Houston District Council Chair, Justin Levine. “Jason, who knows our members and council and comes with new ideas and clear leadership, will lead our council well over the next two years.”
Tramonte serves as owner and managing principal of Tramonte Design Studio, where he excels in master-planning and ground-up build-to-suits while overseeing client relationships and project success. As a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience, Jason is motivated by the people he works with – staff and clients. Tramonte studied Chemical Engineering at Louisiana State University and holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from The University of Houston.
